We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. Payments are processed securely by Stripe and PayPal; we never see your full card numbers.

Shipping and Tracking

Every order ships with tracking via Cainiao Standard. Orders are usually dispatched within the delivery estimate shown at checkout, which is typically 2-5 weeks for most countries. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships.

• Sign in to view your orders under Account > Orders.
• Use the tracking number from the shipping email on the carrier's site.

If Your Order Does Not Arrive

If your order has not arrived by the end of the delivery estimate shown at checkout, please contact us. We will either re-send the item or refund you in full.

Returns and Refunds

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law always apply.

• Change of mind: Unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The buyer pays return postage, and the return address may be overseas.
• Faulty, damaged or wrong items: Contact us with your order number and photos. We will refund or replace the item.

Approved refunds are processed within 3 business days.
